The artichoke preserves are obtained from fresh and tender artichokes that have been peeled and selected with the utmost care. They are packed without colouring or preservatives to maintain all their natural flavour and nutritional properties.

The shelf life of this product depends on the transport conditions and storage. Usually in the right conditions ( temperature 10-25º and humidity less than 75%) the shelf life of the product is 3 years from the date of production.
Store at room temperature in a dry place. Once opened transfer the content to a non-metallic container and keep refrigerated during a maximum period of 3 days.
Product without any additives included. Suitable for vegans.
